Arizona resident age 65 and older or qualified for
Social Security Disability Insurance
- There are no income restrictions
- Discounts typically range from 15
percent to 55 percent off the retail price,
depending on medications and pharmacy.
- While beneficiaries enrolled in
Part D can use the card, the cost of prescriptions
bought with the card will not count toward one's
true out-of-pocket costs to qualify for catastrophic
coverage under Medicare Part D.
