World Insurance Company has never been in a stronger position to serve their customers!
In December 2003,they reorganized their corporate structure with the formation of a new mutual insurance holding company, the World Mutual Holding Company. Then in early 2004, the newly formed holding company completed a merger with another entity, the American Republic Mutual Holding Company of Des Moines, Iowa. With this change, World policy/certificate holders became members of the American Republic Mutual Holding Company.
Upon completion of the merger, World Insurance became a subsidiary of the American Republic Mutual Holding Company headquartered in Des Moines. In March 2004, the American Republic Mutual Holding Company became the American Enterprise Mutual Holding Company.
This merger ensures our customers of the stability and service that has been the hallmark of World Insurance for the past century.
