AccessOne is an individual HMO product offered by Vista Health Plan of South Florida.

There are 3 different benefit levels: AccessOne 10, AccessOne 20A, and AccessOne30B.

The 3 plans vary in the co-pay amounts that are required for various services etc. For example AccessOne 10 requires a $10 copay for a doctor visit while AcessOne 20A requires a $20 copay.

In addition to medical coverage, the plans also cover various dental, and vision services
