Keystone Health Plan Central is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital BlueCross. KHP Central commercial products and services are currently available in a 21 county service area.
Keystone Health Plan, is only available when offered by your employer, they do not offer individual health insurance coverage, unless you are over age 65 and enrolled in Medicare. For seniors, Keystone offers SeniorBlue.
SeniorBlue is a Medicare+Choice HMO product administered by KHP Central. KHP Central holds a contract with and is authorized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to offer SeniorBlue to qualifying Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the SeniorBlue service area.
