Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Highmark Blue Shield offer several traditional health care insurance plans to meet your needs. Our traditional plans give you freedom of choice in selecting health care professionals from a large network of local providers. Out-of-area care through the national BlueCard^® Program is available with most plans.

Security 65 (Medicare Supplements)

Medicare provides coverage to eligible individuals for most of their health care needs. But, Medicare does not pay for everything. To help fill the gaps in what Medicare pays for, Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Highmark Blue Shield have developed Security 65, a Medicare supplemental policy.
