Aware Care - Aware Care is an individual health care plan that provides you with the independence and security you've earned. The deductible you choose determines how much you pay for your premiums. The higher the deductible, the lower your Aware Care premiums.

Options Blue - Options Blue is a Consumer Directed Benefit Solution. It helps members and employers get the most from their health care dollars by integrating the following elements:

Coverage anywhere in the world, from Blue Cross, a name you've trusted for more than 70 years. The financial account helps you pay for health care expenses. There are two types of accounts with variations in funding.
• A full suite of health improvement programs including care support, 24-hour nurse line, prenatal support and a range of other need-based programs such as the highly successful BluePrint for Health stop smoking program.
• Health decision tools that reduce costs by helping members make decisions about their health care, Options Blue offers an online member service center, myBlueCross®, to guide the way. Our online tools include:

• Doctor and hospital profiles and quality ratings
• Cost-of-care information
• Drug cost calculator including brand-name and generic comparisons

Insta-Care - Insta-Care is the Blue Cross of MN plan for short-term care if you’re in transition between jobs, between group plans, or just out of college. Choose coverage for 30, 60 or 90 days. Minnesota state law limits short-term coverage to a total of 365 days in any 555-day period.

You can see any doctor in our statewide Blue Cross network. Network doctors file your claims for you. And, in most cases, you’re covered by Insta-Care the day we receive your application or the date requested on your application (as long as that date is not prior to when we receive your application at our Eagan office).

Basic Medicare Blue - basic, low-cost Medicare Supplement coverage
This low-cost plan fills in Medicare coinsurance gaps for hospital and medical services. See any provider without a referral. Add optional coverage for preventive care, Medicare Part A deductible and/or Part B deductible, and/or coverage for charges over Medicare’s approved amount.

Senior Gold - solid coverage at a real value
Our most popular plan covers all Medicare coinsurance and deductibles. See any network provider without a referral. Includes discount programs for eyewear, hearing aids and complementary care. Add preventive care coverage and choose from a range of prescription drug coverage options.

Extended Basic Blue - our most complete plan
This plan covers Medicare coinsurance, deductibles, 80 percent of outpatient prescription drug charges, and other services. Your out-of-pocket costs are limited to $1,000 of eligible charges each year.
