All your medical care is managed through your Primary Care Physician (PCP), whom you choose from our network of more than 10,000 doctors in the state. Your PCP also refers you to specialists and hospitals.

The high deductibles of $1,500 or $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 and $4,500 for family coverage are still available for purchase, but do not qualify for tax-favored status with an HSA.
