Another report completed by the Kaiser Foundation in January of 2004 has found that lack of coverage is a long term problem for most uninsured. This report on the uninsured describes how long the uninsured remain without coverage, who tends to go without health insurance for long spells of time, and what difference time without coverage makes in terms of access to and utilization of care.
