No or Low-cost Health Insurance for New Mexico Children

The New Mexikids health insurance program is a no-cost or low-cost health coverage option for New Mexico children under 19 years old.

If your household income is less than 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, health care services via New Mexikids can be provided to your child at no cost. similarly, If your household income is between 185% - 235% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, some health care services your child receives may require that you make a co-payment at the time when health services are provided. Preventive services, such as Tot to Teen Health Checks and immunizations do not require a co-payment.

The New Mexikids health insurance program is part of a national campaign to help provide health insurance coverage to children across the country.
